How Personalization Works: FAQ

We get asked (a lot) about how our personalization works. So we created this handy FAQ's page for you to hopefully help! Because we want our personalization process to be as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  • "How do I add personalization?" Under our "Personalized" collection, go to a any product and click. When you are on the product page there should be a blue button that says "Personalize It!". If there isn't a button, it most likely is not an item that can be personalized.

  • "What types of personalization do you offer?" We offer initials, names and monograms.

  • "I just submitted my personalization and there was a fee added on. Why?" Some of our items depending on type of personalization, have an additional fee required for the personalization work! This fee gets automatically added when the item is added to your cart.

  • "I'm having issues with my personalization! Help!" Call the store or reach out to us via the chat option on our site, we are happy to help.
